DEBT COLLECTIONS
This is one of our most popular services available. It’s made a big difference for many of our customers and is provided with the highest level of excellence.
All our contacts with the customers are professional and follow all legal requirements within each state we operate in.
Our goal is to receive 100% payment in full.
Upon approval, we will negotiate settlements.
If requested we will report the past-due customer(s) to the credit bureaus.
In the case of legal collections, we will appear locally in small claims court if the client requests this service.
